What is the standard placement (height) for a robe hook in the bath room?

E.g. Behind the bathroom door. Is there a standard guideline on the height of placement?What is the standard placement (height) for a robe hook in the bath room?
Just above eye level..... or between 5'7'; to 5'10';

whichever you prefer.What is the standard placement (height) for a robe hook in the bath room?
so you can reach it and a robe does not hit the floor. Other than that, it is your door and your robe...therefore, it is your decision.
I don't think there is a standard height - it's your decision where to put it. Usually depends on your height - but high enough so the robe doesn't hit the floor.
high enough so you don't pock your eye out and high enough so the robe don't hit the floor
About eye level.
Approximately shoulder height; it needs to be high enough that the robe doesn't drag, and low enough you won't poke your eye out (yes it does happen).
I usually place it at my eye height which is about 5' 4'; I reckon.
Where you can reach it????
There is no standard just hang it high enough so it does not touch the ground with two or three inches of clearance.
