if there is sink, toilet, and only a shower and not a tub it is a 3/4 bath.

a powder room with no tub or shower in it is considered a half bath...What is the real estate industy's official definition of the term/phrase ';Full Bath(room)';?
full bath means u could take a shower there too, yahoo !!!What is the real estate industy's official definition of the term/phrase ';Full Bath(room)';?
A full bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The showerhead can be IN the bathtub or separate.

A 3/4 bath is a sink, toilet and shower.

A 1/2 bath is a sink and toilet.

A 1/4 bath is just a toilet.
Mallard has it right

1/2 bath = Vanity + toilet

3/4 bath = Vanity + toilet + shower

Full bath = Vanity + toilet + tub / shower

They should probably add another like luxury bath which would be

Vanity + toilet + seperate stall + seperate bathtub
full bath has a shower/tub, sink and toilet..A half bath usually just has a toilet and a sink
it means it has everything. toilet bath and shower, as opposed to a half bath that just has a toilet
One bath. If you have 1/2 bath, all you have is a sink and a toilet. If you have both of these then yoiu have 1 1/2 baths.
Full bath = sink, toilet, and shower/bathtub. Half bath = sink, toilet.

You'd think that a full bath indicates a tub full of hot women, but alas, not to be.
Tub or shower, toilet and sink all in one room
Sink/Toilet/Bath/Shower is the ';full bathroom';- all the waterworks. A sink/toilet without a shower/bath is called a ';half bath';.
I think this is how it goes...

A full bath has a bathtub/shower

A 3/4 bath has a shower stall

A 1/2 bath is just a toilet and a sink
simple, 3 fixtures. A toilet, A bath or shower, and a sink. Of course some people forget that it needs flooring, a ceiling, and walls. I just appraised a home where 3 fixtures were installed in the below grade area and they were in the open. no finish to the walls, flooring, or ceiling. Of course they were livid...
