What should i eat so i could go to the bath room normally (or what should i not eat)?

Drink more water, eat more P foods, pears, peaches, prunes, plums, avoid cheese and bananas, you could even pick up some Benefiber at the grocery or drug store and mix it into your regular drinks (it has no flavor or smell).What should i eat so i could go to the bath room normally (or what should i not eat)?
You should eat healthy, lots of fruits, veggies and fibre to push things through. Cranberry juice and prune juice work well if you drink 12-16 ounces if you are constipated at present. A hot pack on the lower back/abdomen areas help to relax muscles to help you go too. Coffee and warm liquids like tea, cocoa, soups, help push through too. To stay going in a healthy manner, drink a small glass of the juice of your choice each day, make sure you drink alot of water, exercise to the extent you can, if you have to go and its not convenient, make sure you go, don't hold it in, and lastly, make sure you eat at least 1-2 fruits or veggies a day. Don't eat alot of things like pretzels, crackers, and dry foods like those, they are binding and can make you seriously constipated.What should i eat so i could go to the bath room normally (or what should i not eat)?
Eat green vegetable and fruits.
This depends on what your situation you are suffereing from now is.





If you're constipated, avoid macaroni and cheese.





If you've got diahrea, then avoid dairy foods (and anything with lactase)
What works really well is Bran cereal like raisin bran or also beans work really well.
well you can always take fiber to go the bathrooom.
if you wanna go to the bathroom, a great way is to eat banana, oatmeal and a strong coffee, that would do a piece of art in the bathroom
Fibre, bread oats nuts etc and lots of them
If you are constipated eat black licorice (I'm not kidding!) and drink lots of liquids.





If you are not able to pee - go to the doctor! Now!
