ok so i just started taking birth control and i started my period one week early and it is still going well today i went to the restroom and i felt something weird expulsed i looked and it looked like paper but it came from inside me and right after i started bleeding alot and cramping im really freeking out some one helpOn my period for 10 days and today i went tho the bath room and saw something weird?

The only thing I can think of is you might have had a miscarriage if you are sexually active.
