My husband just had a resection of his bowel(he only has small bowel) looking for cream for his bum, so it is not so sore.What kind cream is best for a burning bum, from going to the bath room alot??

a spray bottle of warm water with baking soda to cleanse the area after every b/m and when possible air or blow dry rather than wiping then use any diaper rash cream.
Any cream designed for 'intimate feminine itching' will work wonders. It's also gonna be totally safe on this area. Over here (in UK) there's a good one called Vagisil.
Have you tried baby powder? It dries the area out and soothes it.

vasoline witha little bit of neosporn .put it up there and it should help with pain rite away
I found that Vaseline does the job so well -it heals and soothes the skin. so get it .
