My UK landlord does not help me to fix the bath room leak.can i take any legal action against him.How?thanks?

the landlord is responsible for all faults in the building, contact him again and ask him to fix the leak within 7 days if he does not then my advice is to contact citizens advice they should be able to help you over this matter. HE HAS TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REPAIRS
