my house is 40 years old. ive hired a pro who has an expereinced helper who is working for half price because we are old friends. during the simple little bathroom remodel we discovered that the wiring and breaker box were too out dated and needed to be replaced;2500 dollars in materiel 900 labor and 2 weeks. its now the end of week three, im also gonna go ahead and replumb the old outdated stuff. 500 in material (use PEX its the best). The running total is up to 8000 now and still need to buy a shower/bath, paint, tile, . that does also include the laundry room. already had newwer washr dryer. i would have to say IF your home is about ten years old or less it would cost around 4500 for the remodel w/no addition and it would take 2 guys at least two weeks that should include tile nothin fancy just nice and neat. OH and yes includes the very important WATER RESISTANT s-rock.
