try flushing the toilet and then it will came out but u wont b able to see it again. or you can rub oil on it. how did it get there in the first place?
I used to keep hamsters and the little critters used to escape lots!


I found that by leaving their cage nearby (open so they can get back in) with a full food bowl would be enough to entice them back to where they belong!
i would get a humane mouse trap and put it near the hole leave it over night and in the morning u should have a hamster in your trap unharmed its worked for me=D
A easy hamster trap:





get a plastis trash can (empty of course!) and put a towel in the bottom. make little stairs with books and lean the trash can on it's side. get some kind of food it likes and put it in the bottom of the trash can. place the whole thing near where your hamster is hiding. turn out the lights and check the trap in the morning. Your hamster will smell the food and climb up the stairs, step into the trash can, but it will stip down and get stuck! Ding! one houdini hamster.
get one of those humane traps and leave it in there with some food, and in the morning (hopefully) he's be stuck in there. :)
