have been feeling like i am leaking. When i go to the bath room my panties are wet, sometimes just wet and other times sticky and wet. I lost my mucus plug . how do i know if this is my water leaking or what it is? this is my third pregnancy i have never gone into labor on my own. have hadcontractions off and on for weeks. what do you think any advice?Have been feeling like i am leaking. hi there, on my 1st child i had 2 have my waters broken, on my second who is now 2 by the way, i woke up to feel damp but there was no gushing or anything it was like i had leaked a bit. I phoned the hospital who told me to go straight away.


It was my hind waters that had broke, i never knew that you had front and hind waters!!! I was told as i had never got any contractions to go home and come back at 9am in the morning if i hadnt gone b4 so they cud induce me as there wud b a risk of infection. call your doctor and tell them, you're water could be broken and only leaking because the babies head is in the the pelvis holding most of the water in. good luck.
put a pad in your knickers and take yourself off to the maternity wing, they can access the pad and see if its fluids from the baby or just excess discharge or slight urine leaking due to pressure from the babies head engaging.





Dont worry about bothering them, thats what their there for!!
call the labor and delivery department of the hospital where you will be delivering....ask to speak to a nurse and describe what you asked...I would see because if you've already lost your mucus plug your water could've broken. If they don't want to talk to you I would go to the hospital.
It most likely is your water breaking and you are just losing a little bit at a time. The amniotic fluid will have a yellowish color and very distinct odor to it. If you think its your water you need to head to the hospital, and get a professional opinion!! good luck
sounds like you may have a high leak?? that's when fluid come from the top of the sack...but your water hasn't completely broke?.....this sort of thing happened to me when i had my first child...i went the whole night, and even slept...thinking it was only the baby pushing pee out ...lol....you should call your doc

I would go get checked by your OB right away. If your water is leaking, you dont want to risk infection of the sac. And you wont know the cause unless you are checked!
its little white stuff and its sticky then it usually happens when your about to get your period
I was leaky at 39 week, went into labor 5 hours later. Well that was my water breaking, except it leaked. felt warm and like i was peeing small amounts.
Call somebody quick...if this is active labor you need to be with doctors. Just because the first two didn't go natural doesn't mean #3 won't do what s/he wants to do. Good luck!!!
It sounds to me like your waters have broken and your baby is well and truly on its way! I would call your midwife or hospital and tell them you could be coming in! You have to say that your waters have broken as they don't usually like you to wait more than 24 hours later for delivery due to the risk of infection!
