Hi
I eat a lot of hot and spice noodles and when I have to use the bathroom I get a burning pain.
Is there any food witch I can eat to help balance the PH level?Diet is making use the bath room painful?
hmm maybe anything with a nuetral or base pH..eat more veggies (espically those high in fiber, it will add more 'bulk' for you)..lettuce, brocolli, cabbage, carrots and drink more water
