I have a bathroom that connects two rooms which is convienent but less saitary than a detached one. I would go for seperate but if you do not mind cleaning often than attached is smart. Both are the same if you know how to sanitize them properly. Of course, bath attached rooms are more convenient.
bath attached rooms are not hygenic. we are poor maintaners. better you can have bath at the end.
I would recommend attached bath rooms. Ok, they are a little non-hygienic. They are more comfortable. You can have complete privacy. You can even sometimes wander between the room and your bath room naked, if the room door is closed.





If you just make a little precautions, and make the bath rooms clean, you don't need to be worried about any thing. But then you have all the privilages of a bath room attached. If you are too afraid, have the bathrooms at the corner, but not outside the room.
