Gross. Call the landlord. At first the kitchen sink was taking ages to drain, then the bath water from the room above was collecting in?
Looks like you are all blocked up, try using a drain cleaner, if it does not work try a snake or call a plumber.
Your kitchen, bath tub and laundry sink are connected to the same drain, so as the drain fills with water, it backs up into the lowest point, your laundry tub.

You need to snake the drain that the kitchen sink and laundry are draining into, you have a block down the line.

I would call a plumber, or rent an electric snake. This will only get worse.
Sounds just like a blocked pipe. The blockage is in the pipe run after you kitchen sink.

1st thing to do. Lift any drain man hole cover outside to see if the blockage is in the drains under ground.

If all looks clear, test with a little water from the kitchen sink to make sure the water does get to the man hole.

then try rodding with a drain clearing spring, but be careful as some plastic waste pipes just push together (push fit type) and rodding with a spring can push this type of pipe apart at a fitting.

Good luck.
The drain is clogged somewhere below the level of your kitchen sink. Drain cleaner might help or just might complicate things by not working and now you have a sink full of standing water that's a hazard to get into your eyes.

If it's an apartment, landlord. Otherwise, you might take a chance of a drain cleaner but you'll probably have to use a plumber's snake.
