How does a handi cap person go to the bath room?

I was wondering how if there in a wheel chair?How does a handi cap person go to the bath room?
That's why bathrooms are made bigger, with rails.How does a handi cap person go to the bath room?
A person in a wheelchair either has a pole at the side of the toilet on which if they have a lot of upper strenght and can bear weight slightly ... on their legs and their legs are not completely paralized.. then they can pull themselves up on the pole and most have someone who will help them .. a partner.. or if they are in a home.. then a care worker.. will let them be as independent as they can be.. they have a pole to hold on to.. a care worker or a loved one if they live at home while the person who is wheelchair bound grabs the pole and uses his or her upper body strenght and must be able to weight bear a bit.. not to walk but to be able to stand with assistance for approx. 1 minute.. then the partner or the health care worker will pull down the pants.. and the person can move right from the pole with a little assistance to the toilet.. and they can stand long enough.. for a health care worker to help them get washed in private areas.. A health care worker will put on disposable gloves to do that.. and clean the person.. male or females private parts.. that is normal and nothing to be ashamed about.. they can wash their upper body themselves as they got the strenght.. they can also comb their own hair and brush their own theeth but need assistance when going to the toilet and it's no big deal once you have helped a person and the people are normal people and you treat them with dignity and respect.. you best talk about something else.. and then it's not embarrassing at all.. one needs to treat a person who is phyiscally disabled with dignity.. and not with pity as they don't want that.. but with compassion.. and just talk about something else whilst helping them.. and leave them alone when they are in the bathroom and make them call for you but stay in the room.. not in the toilet but in their room.. they will call when they finished and then one helps them to get washed .. the private parts.. and while they sit down one can change their trousers and underwear.. and they can change their own top.. one asks them what they want to wear and opens the wardrobe after one gives them a glove for the upper body.. a clean one.. never the same for the private body parts.. that is dirty and uses a fresh one for face and upper body.. they can manage that alone but appreciate help if one asks them if they know what they want to wear. and they ask what the weather is like and have a good idea what is in their wardrobe and they ask you for the yellow or the blue jumper with a special pattern and you go look for it.. one has to let them do as much for themselves as possible.. ...
