How do freight conductors fo the bath room on freight trains?

are there railroads that let you shadow a conductor? How do freight conductors fo the bath room on freight trains?
Every locomotive has a bathroom located in the nose of the unit.

The newer locomotives have what could be termed a bathroom in the nose of the unit. The older ones just had a toilet in the nose. The small room there also served as a storage space. Extra air hoses, tools, switch brooms and the like are kept there as well.

I don't know of any railroads that would let non-employees ride along. Or ones that openly endorse it any way. I have given rides to people sometimes, but they have all been friends or people associated with the railroad somehow - such as rail customers.
there is a lavatory in the locomotive on most trains.

There's a bathroom on every train for the railroad personnel.
